• By commissioning the client agrees they have read the Terms of Service• Payment is through PayPal invoice only• All packages include 3 free revisions, where the client can change any aspects of the illustration. After these are used, revisions/changes on the illustration cost +$5• I do not start a commission until I get paid• The client understand that they are purchasing digital goods, which cannot be shipped or handled• TAT varies between 4 to 15 days after the payment, depending on the type of commission• I will send a WIP sketch screenshot up to 72 hours after the payment for the client to check they are satisfied with the work, before continuing with the coloring phase of the work.

• Refunds can ONLY be done in the sketch phase, as I send a WIP in that phase. You cannot ask for a refund after I move pass the sketch• If you wish to make a refund feel free to contact me through any of my social media platforms or email [email protected]• DO NOT issue a charge back through PayPal. Contact me directly!• I reserve the right to post commissions on my social media platforms and portfolio crediting the design of the character to their owner.• The client can share/post the commission wherever they wish to, as well as print it or edit it.
